VoIP Regulatory Bodies

VoIP providers in the UK are regulated by similar organisations as other UK communications companies. The two main bodies are:

  • ITSPA ( Internet Telephony Services Providers' Association)
  • Ofcom is the independent regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industries, with responsibilities across television, radio, telecommunications and wireless communications services.
